Dear Babolat player,
As of March 1st, 2021, we have stopped all sales of Babolat tennis connected devices (Play racket & POP). This is a decision valid for any type of distribution and any market in the world.
Babolat no longer supports these products as of 1st of March 2021. Please note the following :
- We will maintain the Babolat play app until December 31, 2021 in case you wish to access the information and data about your game. You will also be able to request that all of your personal data be withdrawn from our system and sent to you by submitting a request to Privacy@Babolat.com before December 31, 2021. If you purchased a Babolat PLAY product after January 1, 2019, you are eligible to receive a specific compensation. The details about the compensation procedure will be communicated to you before the end of 2021.
- We regret to inform you that our POP application partner (PIQ Sport Intelligence) has unexpectedly ended operations on March 23, 2021. As a consequence, the POP application will no longer be available for download on the store, you will no longer receive leaderboard e-mails, and you will not be able to log into the application.
