It is the ratio between the rise (vertical movement) and the advance (horizontal movement) which the racket is making during a stroke. The more the vertical movement of the racket is important, the greater is the effect (and thus the percentage you get).
For each PLAY session you will be able to see the average and maximum effect level you did for both forehands and backhands strokes (slice & topspin).
