We regret to inform you that our POP application partner (PIQ Sport intelligence) has unexpectedly ended operations on March 23rd, 2021. As a consequence, the POP application will no longer be available for download on the store, you will no longer receive leaderboard e-mails, and you will not be able to log into the application.
Despite this event, Babolat would like to propose the following options :
- Contact email@example.com in order to ask for reception of your personal data linked to POP, before June 30th 2021.
- After June 30th 2021, Babolat commits to proceed to total destruction of your personal data linked to POP.
- Contact the customer service in order to send your proof of POP purchase (dated after 1.1.2019) as you are eligible to receive a specific compensation.
We are very aware the Babolat POP allowed players around the world to be a part of a revolutionary experience, and we are very thankful for your support.
